Tania is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, CFSC + Boxing & Barbells Level I Coach who holds additional certifications in kettlebell training, TRX, + TABATA GX. She is always seeking to boost client success  + is currently pursuing her Precision Nutrition Coach certification. 

Tania brings her energy, creativity + enthusiasm for fitness to every class as she aims to inspire, motivate and empower each client to achieve personal success on + off The GROUND!



I've been training professionally for 5 years. I am currently a trainer at Equinox and am certified through ISSA. Growing up I was very overweight and weighed 249 lbs at my heaviest. I lost over 120 lbs on my own through exercise and better nutrition. Working out has completely changed my life and I am forever grateful.

I'm excited to bring SASS to the TRAINING GROUND. What's SASS? I want to bring self love, self worth, and self confidence. Of course working out to make our bodies strong and fit, but what about our mind? I want to bring a sense of empowerment and accomplishment. I want to make that our driving force.

Toby comes to TRAINING GROUND with a Personal Training certification from AAPT, CFSC and two bronze accolades as Professional Ice Figure Skater. She combines these professional achievements with her enthusiasm for all things fitness to take women and teen girls to the next level in health and fitness! Toby believes fitness is not just about about physical achievements it's empowerment in all areas as life as well!

An avid dancer since the age of seven, Elisheva is excited to share her love for dance! As head of dance in both high school and seminary, and a certified dance instructor, Elisheva has experience inspiring teens to express themselves through movement. Her signature class, TEEN DANCE PARTY!, combines freestyle and hip hop dance moves with boot camp style exercises to bring teens the ultimate dance fitness party!

Ephraim is a certified Group Fitness and Boot Camp Instructor, whose passion for fitness has brought him to compete in several USAT sanctioned Olympic and Half-Iron triathlon events. As an avid road cyclist, Ephraim has registered more miles on his bike than on his car.  He will inspire and motivate you to push past your self perceived limitation to bring out your true POWER x STRENGTH.

Samantha received her 200hr RYT Training in June of 2017. She trained in California with Shivakali Teacher training, focusing on alignment based Vinyasa. She has been a regular practitioner since 2013 and has seen firsthand what a difference yoga can make in your life. Samantha is over the moon to be able to share her passion and connect with people through yoga and movement! Sam created TG's signature recovery class, FLEX, to maximize the benefits of your training and aid in muscle recovery. With expert coaching and personal attention, you won't want to miss this. Expanding her her ability to reach her clients, Samantha is currently studying to be a Certified Personal Trainer + Nutrition Coach with a Weight Loss specialty through NASM.

AY began his fitness career five years ago training private clients. As a Certified Personal Trainer and drawing on his broad experience in multiple disciplines including Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Kettlebell, Strongman and Endurance Sports, AY possesses a wealth of knowledge which he uses to bring the area's first and only all Men's fitness program to TRAINING GROUND.

His passion for physical fitness has led him to pursue a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.  He seeks to further his ability to help clients safely build strong, functional, healthy, athletic bodies. AY is committed to keeping his workouts interesting, creative and fun to help people embrace the process, enjoy a fit lifestyle and achieve real results!
