WHAT TO EXPECT AT TRAINING GROUND
Sessions at TG are safe, effective, cutting edge, varied, intense, total body, super sweaty and fun. While we are a high-intensity studio, sessions are scalable to meet all fitness levels. Our small-group setting and awesome, interactive trainers make it possible for all members to get the most out of every sweat sesh. Please come a few minute early to let your instructor know if you are new to exercise, whether have any injuries and yes, if you have “good news” on the way. (Medical clearance required for injuries and expectant mamas).

Sign ups open a week in advance. As a small-group fitness studio, registration is a must to guarantee your spot.

CANCELLATION AND WAITLIST POLICIES
There is no charge made to your account if cancelations are made a minimum of 12 hours prior to class start time. After that time, a class will be deducted from your account. Members will be charged a $15 late fee. If you are waitlisted for a class, you must cancel that reservation if you become unable to attend. If you are added from the waitlist and do not attend, it will be processed as a late cancel. Please be on top of your schedule!
WHAT TO BRING
Sneakers and anything you feel comfortable in to move and sweat that is athletic and safe. Water bottle. A cooler is available for refills (we know you'll need ‘em). Single use water bottles + refillable water bottles are available for purchase at the studio.
We provide towels for class and facial products for after class, so you can head out to your day lookin’ fresh in your newly acquired #gains.
PARKING AND STUDIO ACCESS
Street parking is available but limited. If you park down the block and have to walk a bit, consider it an extended warm-up. It won't hurt. Driveway spots are available for your use on a first come, first served basis. If you snag one, consider yourself a VIP. Also consider whoever parked in front of you may want to leave as soon as class ends. So pace post-class chatting accordingly!
Please arrive to class 5 min before scheduled class time so you can be all set to sweat. Warm up is super important to prepare your body and mind for the workout ahead. We’re all for imjurty prevention. It's also when the class will be explained. We don't want you to miss that.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE AND VIBE
No texting, no kvetching.
As a good vibes only space, we are dedicated to making every class awesome for each of our members. As such, please leave your mobile devices in our charging stations. You're welcome. Also, keep comments and commentary positive during class. Heavy breathing and groaning are considered positive expressions. (If burpees are programmed into class, kvetching is acceptable).
