Tania is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, CFSC, Pn1 Nutrition Coach + Boxing & Barbells Level I Coach who holds additional certifications in kettlebell training, TRX, + TABATA GX. She is always seeking to boost client success  and is currently pursuing the GGS1 Women's Coaching Specialist certification. 

Tania brings her energy, creativity + enthusiasm for fitness to every class as she aims to inspire, motivate and empower each client to achieve personal success on and off The GROUND!

Samantha received her 200hr RYT Training in June of 2017. She trained in California with Shivakali Teacher training, focusing on alignment based Vinyasa. She has been a regular practitioner since 2013 and has seen firsthand what a difference yoga can make in your life. Samantha is over the moon to be able to share her passion and connect with people through yoga and movement! Sam created TG's signature recovery class, FLEX, to maximize the benefits of your training and aid in muscle recovery. With expert coaching and personal attention, you won't want to miss this. Expanding her her ability to reach her clients, Samantha is currently studying to be a Certified Personal Trainer + Nutrition Coach with a Weight Loss specialty through NASM.

Toby comes to TRAINING GROUND with a Personal Training certification from AAPT, CFSC and two bronze accolades as Professional Ice Figure Skater. She combines these professional achievements with her enthusiasm for all things fitness to take women and teen girls to the next level in health and fitness! Toby believes fitness is not just about about physical achievements it's empowerment in all areas as life as well!
